Areas I can support you with include:
understanding and managing your emotions, overwhelm, anxiety, panic attacks, feelings of insecurity, depression, grief, loss, low self-esteem, personal identity, relationships, trauma (including religious trauma) and shame.
We can work together towards:

Deepening awareness
-
Exploring the places where you feel stuck
-
Reconnecting with yourself and the world
-
Gaining self-awareness and self-acceptance

Finding new ways of relating and enriching your relationships
-
Exploring your identity
-
Recovering from shame
I believe that who you are is not a problem to be fixed. This includes your sexuality, gender identity, body shape/size, neurodivergence, and any diagnoses you may have been given or feel uncertain about. I work in a way that is free from any attempt to change or correct you. You are welcome here as you are.
My areas of interest and specialisms include (but are not limited to):
-
Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyspraxia...)
-
LGBTQIA+ identities (gender, including trans, non-binary and other gender identities, sexuality, including aro/ace/aplatonic identities)
-
Living with chronic illness
-
Spirituality and religion (I am open to all spiritual traditions and backgrounds)
-
Grief of all kinds
-
Shame
-
Working with people for whom English is not their first language (I lived abroad for 10 years)
-
I also find it rewarding to work with therapists and trainee therapists
Note: Eye contact and small talk not required! I understand that there are many different ways of being and I have no expectations that you need to relate in any particular way. Read more about this in my article on eye contact.
