It may feel daunting to find a therapist or begin therapy. I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship founded on support from the therapist.

 

I offer an initial reduced rate 50-minute session so we have time to meet each other to explore what you are looking for help with, discuss possible ways forward and see if we feel comfortable together. Sessions are usually weekly, but fortnightly sessions might be possible under certain circumstances. ​

 

Current rates:

• £50 for 50 minutes (Concessions: £40)

• Initial session: £25 for 50 minutes.
